The TransformingTransport Plenary and the first High Level Advisory Board (HLAB) meeting took place on 20-22 September 2017 in Athens, Greece. The three-day event was hosted by INTRASOFT International.
The HLAB meeting was held on the last day of the event, on Friday 22 September. The EC representative Project Officer of the TransformingTransport, Mr Riku Lepannen, presented the PSI directive. The Pilot Domains overview presentation were followed by the HLAB round-table discussions, comments & recommendations for the future of project. The meeting clearly showed that TransformingTransport has successfully achieved the first key milestone, which is the delivery of the stage 1 results.
A live demo was organised in the Athens International Airport (also a project partner) where the first results of the Smart Passenger Flow Pilot were demonstrated. The project partners and the HLAB members had also a possibility to visit the Main Terminal and the Airport Management Center.
